Contract conclusion

The order sent by the Customer to HBartelink through the Internet has to be filled out completely and must contain all data necessary for the identification of the Customer and of the ordered products, as well as the indication of the place of delivery, under penalty of nullity.

Prices and terms of payment

The prices of the products indicated in the different sections of this website include the VAT. Applied prices are those indicated in the website at the date of order by the Customer. The price for the purchased products, together with the cost for home delivery shall be paid by the Customer upon the online order, using a credit card on the PayPal system. Fiscal documents will be issued by HBartelink upon delivery.
Destination countries of our products have been grouped into 4 areas to simplify the amount of different rates according to the areas defined by UPS.

Warranties and responsibilities

HBartelink guarantees compliance with all the regulations concerning the packaging of finished products up to their delivery to the place indicated in the order.

Disputes and applicable law

The Italian jurisdiction shall apply to all disputes relating to enforcement, execution and interpretation of the distance sales contract herewith and the competent Court shall be that of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if within the Italian territory. Distance sales contracts subscribed with HBartelink are governed by the Italian law and, for what is not expressly indicated, law rules on the matter apply.
