Information About Personal Data Processing (Art. 13 of Legislative Decree d.lgs 196/03)

a. HBartelink assures you that your personal data will only be processed for the purposes and according to the modes needed to execute purchase orders. Your personal data will hence only be disclosed to those third parties who work to enable the goods delivery or the payment of the sold goods (carriers and banks in case of payment through credit card).

b. HBartelink also hereby informs you that your personal data might be handled by the HBartelink personnel who is in charge of executing this task and in particular by the Data Holder as well as by the data processors who work under holder vigilance. Your data will anyway only be handled by the personnel of HBartelink.

c. The controller of your personal data is HBartelink. The Holder of your data processing is Mr. Daniel Di Giovanna, to whom you may apply at any moment to assert your rights under art.7 of Legislative Decree d.lgs 196/03.
